For my own reference, my current NPC spoiler block setup.

Name goes here
HP: For hit points, obviously.
Spells Active: For all those spells you have active on you. Includes caster level in ().
Bonuses: Bonuses active for the character, both from spells active and other sources.
Negative Conditions: Any penalties or other negative conditions are noted here.
Resources Used: For tracking resources besides spells, which are posted below these blocks.

Good Hope (CL x)

+2 morale attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, ability checks, skill checks.

Greater Magic Weapon (CL x)

Raises targeted weapon's enhancement bonus to +5.

Haste (CL x)

+1 attack rolls, armor class and reflex saves, extra attack on a full attack, +30 enhancement bonus to movement speed.

Magic Vestment (CL x)

Raises targeted armor's enhancement bonus to +5.

Nondetection (CL x)

CL 11 + CL for divinations to affect you (15 + CL if you cast it).

Recitation (CL x)

+2 luck attacks and saving throws, +3 if you serve the same deity as the caster.

Vision of the Omniscience Eye (CL x)

+10 insight Spot checks, immunity to dazzled and blinded, can cancel to outline an invisible creature with faerie fire.

(Mass) Death Ward (CL x)

Immunity to energy drain and negative energy.

Greater Heroism (CL x)

+4 morale attack rolls, saving throws and skill checks, immunity to fear, +20 temp HP.

Spell Turning (CL x)

Reflects up to 1d6+4 spell levels (rolled randomly offscreen).

Fortunate Fate (CL x)

Heal spell if reduced to zero or less hit points.

Mind Blank (CL x)

Immunity to mind affecting and information gathering via divination.

Celestial Valor (CL x)

+8 sacred vs fear and emotion effects that would sap the will to fight, +4 sacred to attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, armor class and saving throws, weapons count as holy (non stacking).

Glorious Rally (CL x)

+6 morale attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws and armor class. Temporary hit points equal to CL * 2. Immunity to fear.
