He'll take the Earthbone Steel armor, as bonus of +30 armor to armor class is worth losing most of his dex bonus to AC.

This is a longsword+7, icy blast. Each time you deal damage to an enemy in combat with Frozen Oath, you heal 4d8+20 hit points. This healing doubles on a critical hit.

Can the node rewards be used to extend Seira's Aegis of the Tarrasque 50% miss chance for reflecting lines, cones and rays to all attacks? Effectively, a 50% miss chance?
