Pausing, solid run. A little slow paced at first but was good and I ran a bit over.

I may be up to 15 minutes late today, same reasons as yesterday. Just got something that's running right to session start.

Right, let's go. The perils of running at 11 30 for me, it's just a tad too early some days.

Family problems - nothing truly serious, but my attention isn't here right now. I'm going to take a break. If I can post in 30-60, great, if not, to evening session.

Got a nasty head cold, odds of session tomorrow aren't great.

No session tomorrow, got fucking walloped by this cold.

No sessions Tuesday. If all goes well we'll resume on Wednesday. Tomorrow is my 'I'm feeling better but I know I'm in that range where a relapse or two could easily happen' day.

We're going to try running today, see how it goes. Not sure how I'll hold up, but I am on the mend.

Feeling like piss at the moment, pushing back start time an hour. I'll see if I'm feeling better then. I intend to post today even if it's at odd times, but right now I feel dreadful.

We'll see about later. The mind is willing, the body is sick and unable to focus, wanting to sleep and feel ill. Stupid cold.
