Draft: Change to 310: Inactive Players Section 7

Current: Players that have been inactive that are returning to status shall be treated as new players.

Purposal:

All players that have been inactive for less than six months can return to the game with their original points and status if granted a three fourth's majority by active players and if they can give a good reason for absenece. Their points will be returned to them, if they can be found.

Any player inactive for more than six months, wanting to return to the game shall be treated as new players.

Reason for purposal:
If a player has a valid reason: School, family, health... to have been away from the game they should not be punished. If it is anything more than six months they are to far behind on the game to continue play as a "seasoned" player.

So we want to be more lenient on returning players? Any particular reason for the 3/4 vote instead of a majority?

1) Isn't this the reason we have vacations?
2) Will we actually get returning players this way?  Anyone indicate to you that they'd return if they could start where they left off?

All the inactive's have quit at this point, I asked CathRat to post his resignation to make it official but he hasn't yet. BTW there is a 48 hour limit on debate unless someone motions for SPD1. Just a reminder Evelyn.

so there is one, sorry jason i got tired of pushing this game along, it seems there just isnt enough interest anymore.
