Appreciation: I got home early and don't have to work tomorrow.

Sure, I got home early because I had to attend an 8 hour safety training (my god, that could be so much shorter) and I don't have to work tomorrow because one of my projects got cancelled, but I'll take the victory of being home early.

I got a new laptop!  One which isn't cracked on one corner and doesn't need me to hold the power cord in place to keep electricity coming!

And now I have to reinstall everything, move all my data, and learn Windows 8!

Edit: Also have to redo my configurations.  And have to port some of my scripts.  But hopefully the Dark Mod will run, although that's only approved up to Windows 7.  If it doesn't work I'll probably run around the forum shanking people, so be warned.
