You guys in the channel made a good suggestion to watch this series.

I'm hooked now. It has elements of anime that I like in it, and even though it might be medocre to some, I'm enjoying it.

I've enjoyed this, but it is mediocre and straightforward in its setup.  The premise is more than a little shakey and it weakens the entire path onward, but hey I've seen worse.
