[23:46] JusticeFishy: And you're being concenred about by a man, from the realm as his clothing looks, light cotton, the garb of a merchant. He's got a neatly trimmed beard and semi-long hair, done up in a ponytail, all a nice salt-and pepper grey*

[23:52] Ruby: I'm just thinking.
[23:52] JusticeFishy: "About what?" he gives you a look that almost screams "I'm here to listen."
[23:53] * Ruby sighs "Master wants me to...lay by his side..."
[23:53] JusticeFishy: "Oh...oh my" a small blush on his face.  "And you don't want to?"
[23:54] Ruby: Of course not, he's a fat pig
[23:55] JusticeFishy: He gives a laugh at that, "yes, yes he is. I've had numerous dealings with your master in the past....Of course...." he looks right, left*

[23:59] JusticeFishy: "I have a ship leaving in two days, for a place far from here, if you can escape" he hands you a piece of paper written in Flametongue, one showing that the bearer is given free passage on the "Fateweaver..." assuming you're smart enough to get the point

[00:01] JusticeFishy: "Oh, just consider it a petty act of revenge, of course, if it can help, why not" he gives a majestic grin.

[00:03] * Ruby bows and nods "Thank you very much Cloud King...I don't know how I could ever repay you..."
[00:03] * Ruby looks around "I have to find things to bring...."
[00:03] JusticeFishy: "Live a long and happy life...and succeed in fleeing" he gives another small laugh. "Now, I mustn't be late for my meeting with your "master""
[00:03] JusticeFishy: "So long Ruby" another bow, walking in
[00:04] * Ruby nods and runs, grabbing some spare clothing and then towards the food area, looking for some food to take
[00:05] JusticeFishy: *The kitchen? Oh, since you are Pasha Well Bargained Deal's favored servant you have pretty much free access.  The cooks give you pretty much all you could want...food-wise anyway*
[00:06] * Ruby grabs whatever she can, putting it into a plate which she will put into a bag that she grabs
[00:06] Ruby: "Food...water...."
[00:06] * Ruby wonders what she could use for money...
[00:07] JusticeFishy: Cook: "Uh...Lady Ruby? What're you doing?"
[00:08] JusticeFishy: He gives you a suspicious look. The head cook has always been an eager sycophant of the Pasha's, "you do know that the Lord Pasha has a special meal prepared for you....in honor of tonight."
[00:08] Ruby: R..Really? I was simply preparing some meals for...."
[00:10] Ruby: Some guests that I heard were arriving.
[00:10] Ruby: I thought I could impress by doing it early....
[00:10] JusticeFishy: "No, no, we'll do everything. Your duty is to dance and entertain the Pasha, me and my staff will take care of everything....why don't you head back to your room, I'd hate for you to not be ready for tonight" he gives a grin, clearly discerning your intentions to flee the palace tonight.

[00:16] JusticeFishy: Your room is relatively new.  This is an old palace, one that your master just recently moved into....renovated at great personal expense.  Your room was large, very large, but sometimes a bit drafty, even though there wasn't much window light....
[00:16] * Ruby looks out the window, to see if escape through it is possible
[00:17] JusticeFishy: It's small, too small for you to squeeze through, as if the Pasha was planning this when you moved to the palace less than 4 months ago.  Even worse, even if you could wiggle out, you're almost positive that you'd not be able to survive the 100 foot fall to the ground below

[00:19] JusticeFishy: 4 guards, one looks to you, "do you need anything Miss Ruby?" giving you a look of moderate amusement

[00:20] * Ruby goes back into her room and screams in her pillow
[00:21] JusticeFishy: So you scream...and you scream...and you scream.  You hear a knock at the door some time later, "Ah, Lady Ruby?" the pasha's majordomo calling out into your room, "the Lord Pasha wishes to see you in 30 minutes"

[00:22] JusticeFishy: As you hear his footsteps linger off you feel another breeze.

[00:37] JusticeFishy: Well, it's dark and the light from your room quickly fades as you round a corner...
[00:38] JusticeFishy: There are a few candles in your room and a number of lamps...
[00:38] * Ruby goes and fetches a lamp then, hurrying
[00:39] JusticeFishy: It's a long passageway, dusty, as if not used for years, sloping gently downwards. The weird part is that it doesn't seem to have any other exits or entrances....

[00:42] JusticeFishy: As you come across what seems to be a large room, and you catch....something shiny! A lot of shiny things!

[00:43] Ruby: is this a treasury....?
[00:43] * Ruby looks around
[00:45] JusticeFishy: It's dusty, old and dusty, and....some of the things shine like gold, two large gauntlets and a pair of bracers.  A gleaming silver suit of armor, nearly skintight with almost glowing runes on it....and a number of other small trinkets that look valuable*
[00:48] * Ruby lifts in curiosity "Gah! H..heavy..."
[00:49] JusticeFishy: You hear shouts and the boots of men running...
[00:50] Ruby: Sh....shit...no...
[00:50] * Ruby attempts to hide
[00:50] JusticeFishy: Nowhere...you could try to fight, those huge fist things look like they'd be good at smashing people with
[00:51] * Ruby gulps and puts them on, however heavy
[00:52] JusticeFishy: And just as you do so three of the guards sent to guard your door charge into the room, one of them holding a flaming torch
[00:52] JusticeFishy: "Lady Ruby...can you come with us?" the one holding the torch asks
[00:53] Ruby: N...No stay back!
[00:53] Ruby: I don't want to!
[00:55] JusticeFishy: "You've got no choice m'lady" one stepping forward as....it's light, daylight as you see a man standing across from you, a paternal smile on his face, his four arms in a relaxed pose, "My child, do not despair"
[00:55] * Ruby gasps and blinks "Wh...who are...."
[00:56] JusticeFishy: "You know who I am my child...." t-this is the sun? One of the Incarnae, "and I know that you want freedom, not just for you, but for all like you, suffering at the hands of masters"

[00:59] JusticeFishy: He gives you a grin and pats your head as reality returns, the guards gasping back. The entire area is much more light now, somehow, and the things on your fists are light as feathers.

[21:53] * Ruby looks surprised as much as they do with her new found abilities, deciding to end the fight as quickly as possible, and to help the guard she completely destroyed, she reaches foreword before the guards pull their swords back and draws both of them towards her, after letting go and letting their momentum move them, she spins and delivers a hook to both of their jaws!

[22:11] * Ruby cries out and grabs the armor and bracers, running through the rest of the trail.
[22:13] JusticeFishy: Well, there's still another man there in need of medical attention

[22:14] Ruby: I have to save one!
[22:14] * Ruby runs over to him now, not caring of the consequences

[22:15] JusticeFishy: While you've only got a bandage you manage to patch him up pretty well. His breathing steadies and you can tell he'll make it through the night

[22:16] JusticeFishy: You notice something shiny by him...it's a small amulet, intricate, done up in some sort of goldish material
[22:16] * Ruby gets an inkling, and takes it, not sure why "I....."
[22:23] JusticeFishy: Indeed, but as you begin to run something crosses your mind....these can't be the only guards that they're sending after you...
[22:23] Ruby: (alright lets go with a dark red plug suit, but a bit thicker)
[22:23] Ruby: Dammit...I have to keep fighting....I dont know what I can do...
[22:23] JusticeFishy: The armor you're holding certainly seems a bit better protection than the harem clothing you're wearing now
[22:23] * Ruby gulps and quickly puts on the armor
[22:23] Ruby: *and the bracers
[22:26] JusticeFishy: The armor itself is a silvery red, skintight and much thinner than you'd expect, showing off your body very well.  There are darker red "slices" at points on it which only serve to enhance...once the bracers are on, the armor seems to pulse briefly, the bracers suddenly and quickly subsumed into what you're wearing...the talisman you're holding also flows in as the armor gets much lighter, something that you could move easily in...

[22:28] * Ruby jumps a bit, straining as she feels the energy in her go into it
[22:29] JusticeFishy: That, combined with the gauntlets you're wearing (which seem to have taken on a much sleeker silvery shape) gives you a very...sleek figure
[22:30] * Ruby blushes a bit but has worn worse, she however has no time to waste and runs
[22:34] JusticeFishy: The passageway is long and winding....leading you down and down and down...
[22:36] * Ruby doesn't stop, going back means death
[22:36] JusticeFishy: Indeed...and....there's a wall up ahead...

[22:54] JusticeFishy: You barely avoid it as it hits the wall...which explodes, revealing moonlight flowing in
[22:54] * Ruby doesn't question this opportunity of luck, instead looking down to see if she's able to get to freedom
[22:55] JusticeFishy: ".....heh, now Ruby, be a good girl" a silky voice full of menace, something you recognize, Iron Moonlight...
[22:55] JusticeFishy: The captain of the Pasha's guard
[22:56] JusticeFishy: And one of the most skilled warriors in Gem
[22:57] Ruby: "I...I dont want to fight!"
[22:58] JusticeFishy: "Oh~ you don't?" he laughs, "too bad!"
[22:59] * Ruby backs away...then remembers the visage of the sun and takes a determined look "I...I wont let you get in my way!"
[22:59] JusticeFishy: He merely grins..
