Floor 1 "Wheel": 1-2

[Anastasia]

As Sacchin prepares to crawl in, she notices something. There are little grooves and tears on the walls. It looks subtly slotted for something to rise up against it. The floor of this, perhaps.

[Carthrat]

Sacchin thinks twice, and starts poking the area ahead with her sword before subjecting her body to the interior.

[Anastasia]

Poking ahead, the entire floor suddenly slams up! It's a reverse steel press, the floor slamming into the bottom of the conveyor belt! Only Sacchin's superior strength lets her wrench her sword away before it's crushed under the metal rising!

[Carthrat]

Sacchin winces. "This way also dangerous," she mutters, pulling it back and considering the surface of the ground.

[Anastasia]

You mean the ground of the tunnel or what, Sacchin?

[Carthrat]

The ground just in front of the tunnel. I'm considering digging or smashing.

[Anastasia]

The ground is iron. It doesn't look easy to dig, iron generally isn't. It would take something sharp and a lot of back breaking work to get anywhere, in case that bothers Sacchin.

[Carthrat]

Sacchin isn't too enthused with taking this route, and returns to the sight of the explosion, considering if it's possible to get through the onrushing ore!

[Anastasia]

The ore has filled the hole made by the explosion and is making a hill of tumbling, messy ore around. It looks like one could clean it out if they put some effort and a few pairs of hands into it. It's not coming over that fast.

[Carthrat]

Sacchin tries chucking some bits of ore at the conveyor belt to see if the telekinetic... grips are still functioning!

[Anastasia]

The ore sails across and lands on the other side without incident. You notice that there is now no ore entering the smelter. As you notice that, a quiet, subtle alarm begins to ring. As much as alarms are subtle, anyway.

[Carthrat]

Sacchin ties a rope to herself and hands it to Flasheart and Euphie, before trying to clamber over to the other side of the ore!

[Anastasia]

Sacchin makes it over without incident, the rope not breaking or anything silly like that! It should be easy for the other two to climb over!

Flasheart is more than happy to proceed through the path he so painstakingly cleared!

So is Euphemia, bravely bringing up the rear once more!
