Border City of Balmuria - Recruiting a new PC

I'm looking for a PC for a high level 3.5 Dungeons and Dragons game, level 18 range. It runs several times a week from roughly 1 PM EST to 4 PM EST and focuses on a mix of roleplaying and combat.  It's a long running game with a lot of history to get involved in if you're interested.
