Only suggestion I have system-wise is Unknown Armies, but only because I try to pimp that everywhere.

I can do the 11 am - 4 pm. That's 6 pm - 11 pm for me. That's me waking up an hour earlier, but that's not that big of a deal for me.

It shouldn't require me to change locations, so I shouldn't have to break for anything. I work from midnight to noon, so it's no big deal.

As for system, I'm most familiar with D&D, but I have no issues with learning a new system.

I'm still kinda undecided at the moment. Depends on how many people are unable to make your game and some other factors.
