Loot from the ruined keep

Discounting the rusted symbol and worthless staff shards, the combined value of the remaining stuff is 3861gp, with the shield having at least 1170gp worth (if likely much more).

Nobody seems interested in anything from there.

Going with the minimum worth for now, the sum divided by four gives Balyss a share of 1257.75gp. That leaves 3773.25gp for the three of us, which also has to be split with Josa halfway (1886.625g), but he's taking shield, so:

Balyss: 1257gp, 7sp, 5cp
Josa: Shield, 716gp, 6sp, 1cp.
Way/Aaeru/me (each): 628gp, 8sp, 8cp

Assuming Balyss pays us the 25gp fee (Is she? I don't know. We certainly didn't negotiate for more money):

Josa: Shield, 729gp, 1sp. (Altogether: at least 1900gp, making out like a bandit as usual)
