Dracos

This is a thread to sort of flesh out any dynamic powers that do enter the game, and what they do.   Please comment in a separate thread for ease.

Spirit - Minor - 20/level linear.
Soul based.

This is an ability to commune and leverage available ghosts and spirits to your cause. Said spirits must be within a 10 m range to be so manipulated, though they may stick around doing a task after you have moved out of said range.  This does not manifest things that do not exist, but instead works with ambient spirits in the area.  This means in a general city, you'll never lack for such.  Same for in the country.  But you may have trouble in temples, holy areas, or areas where there simply aren't a lot of dead or sympathetic dead (Sympathetic being spirits that are not innately hostile to being called).

These spirits will be bound to you for a total time of 10 minutes.

Both Duration and Range are viable customizations.

1: The summoner may call upon 1-3 small sympathetic spirits from the local area.  These may be animals, children, or normal humans.  These spirits are not capable of attack, but will generally obey the summoner, answer questions, and be able to talk and be heard.  They can screech and moan, but generally you need tormented spirits for that, which may not always be available.  These are though real ghosts, and not illusion.  They are insubstantial, but if you occupy the same space as a summoned spirit, you feel the chill of the dead.

2: The summoner may call upon 1-10 small sympathetic spirits.  These may also include large animals, and weak spiritual entities (such as the guardian kami of a tiny bathhouse).  These spirits will aid you to the best of their abilities.  You may also summon 1 non-sympathetic spirit within the same parameters and compel it to obey you with a skill check.  If the check fails, the spirit may haunt you or otherwise try and get revenge for being called.

3:Up to 20 sympathetic spirits, or 5 non-sympathetic spirits.

4:You may now summon moderate kamis, youma, or other mid tier spirits.  These spirits are always non-sympathetic and must be convinced or compelled to aid you, but they cannot avoid answering your call.  They may also demand tribute for their aid.  If this tribute

5: You may summon one spirit to the degree which it is able to affect the living world.  This allows it to attack separately.  It's ability to affect is based upon the skill of the summoner more than its own strength though.  It attacks with a combat value equal to the summoner's soul and soul*skill hp.  How this attack manifest is dependent on the summoned spirit.

6 and above will be defined if anyone gets near this skill level
