021.1 Seira, an interlude abandoned due to random dragon encounters

[22:14] <Kotono> Seira heads towards the elven trading post - a place under construction, being built around you. Workers haul logs and stone, constructing. It looks like it'll be an ornate, decorated building when it's done, but it's only a shell being filled in for now. Two elves stay at front, supervising...
[22:15] * Seira waits to see if she can catch their attention, or at the very least find them when they are taking a break.
[22:17] <Kotono> They're working hard, but on eof them stops when they notice a half elf lingering and watching. He eyes you, voice and face neutral as he calls, "Hail."
[22:18] <Seira> "Hello," she greets him. "How goes the work?"
[22:19] <Kotono> "Well." A single clipped word as he eyes Seira, "Are you from Master Celebrimbor, or...?"
[22:21] <Seira> "No, though we're acquainted," Seira responds. "As he is away, I decided to come and observe the project for a short while. I trust I am not in the way?"
[22:33] <Kotono> The elf gestures a little away, "If you want, ma'am. It'sa ll construction work."
[22:35] <Seira> "Yes, but work for a trading post!" she exclaims suddenly. "Opened trade routes, communication lanes... I feel as if I am standing here and watching history be made!"
