Feb 12 20:03:03 <Kotono>   As her friends rest and heal, Noriko does her news scan. Early morning scanning is boring until SPECIAL REPORT! The news sites are reporting a tsunami event in Hyogo, a small, quiet seaside village about 30 miles north of your location.
Feb 12 20:04:38 *   Noriko will naturally relay this information to her teammates as soon as she sees them at school. Presumably they will have to make their way to Hyogo to watch events unfold. And presumably after school.

Feb 12 20:10:48 *   Noriko marches right up to her teammate. "Aisutori: there will shortly be an extreme meteorological event at the town of Hyogo to the north. We should endeavor to be there to witness and watch for the presence of Voices or other strange happenings, should we not?"

However, if you prefer not to risk the dangers of travellingin such a storm, we could wait until after school and investigate in the aftermath of the typhoon."

Are you able to assist us in scouting the town, Jin?" Noriko looks around for a computer to check for current news.

Feb 12 21:19:46 <Kotono>   With those cheery words the threesome depart! It's a short train trip, albeit a packed one to get to Kansei. It's a small little village. On the horizon to the north, dark clouds loom and rain can be seen falling...

Feb 12 21:23:35 <Kotono>   Thus you begin to walk! Soon it becomes a layer of rain, visibility dropping! The rain pours, the ground turning into a muddy slop! You can hear the nearby sea, waves crashing and churning...hm? After some walking you can see lights ahead - ambulance lights, as well as police.
