The Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery is at 1 W Grand Ave (corner of Grand Ave and State St). It is about a 15-min walk from Millennium Park, but there will probably be thunderstorms on Saturday. That may be better than the recent heat, but it will definitely ruin any enjoyment of the free Millennium Park concert and Navy Pier fireworks, if you want to see those.

Weather turned out good, and we had a great time waxing nostalgic about fandom history and stuff.  We caught a little bit of the Millennium Park choral concert and walked around downtown. Everybody should come to Chicago.
