The 15th (day after tomorrow) is a big question mark. I have family coming down for the holiday, as well as possibly installing a new AC unit. I might be around the entire session without disruption or I may not be around at all. No idea and I won't know until it happens.

Okay, I've been running 4-5 hours of session 5+ days a week for a good long while now. I really enjoy B3, but lately my performance has begun to degrade. Some of this is physical and health factors on my end, but a good part is burnout. So I'm going to take some downtime. As such, I'm taking off the week of April 24th through the 30th. I may extend this into May if I need to when that's over, but I'm usually raring to go by then. Ideally I'll be hungry to DM again as well as refreshed mentally and physically.

I plan to do design work in the free time, as I've had a growing urge to do more of that. Not sure how much of that will make it to your eyes, but I plan to finish up a Beezlebub stat block at the very least. Jaela, your light's on the table as well.

B5 players, this won't impact the makeup day for B5. More on that tomorrow once I confirm my work schedule for next week.

I'm not sure when we'll resume yet. This is not about burnout but the fact that I'm going to the doc about back pain today. There's good odds I'll get put on muscle relaxers again, which means at least a few days of being a sleepy zombie. Lemme see how this hashes out today before announcing a return date. There's good odds Tuesday won't be it and better odds for Wednesday, but we'll see.

I'm doing better on burnout. I'm not 100% but I am feeling refreshed, so it's an improvement. I really need some do-nothing days to rejuvenate my mind and creativity. Every day DMing drains you, y'know?

We'll see about Wednesday come closer to game time. If not then, Thursday for sure, since I feel like it's going to be close.

If I do take Wednesday off, it'll probably be because today was a total stress ball.
