These bracelets are meant to be worn by close companions in battle. When two companions wear the bracelets are within 100ft of each other, they gain resistance to fire 10.

More powers may be unlocked if the bracelets are worn into battle.

Ithea has 74549.97g after slaad dungeon, from which she is going to:
Improve holy enchantment to holy power enchantment on her glaive. This makes her glaive into an epic weapon. (-40,000)
Improve her vest of resistance from +4 to +6. I'm assuming the cost formula remains the same from +5 to +6 as this makes it epic level. (-5,000)
Improve her armor's enhancement bonus from +6 to +7. (-4,250)
Improve her shield's enhancement bonus from +5 to +6. (-4,250)
Add ring of wizardry I to ring within amulet, which invokes cost multiplier of x1.5 for an extra effect. (-2,500)

This leaves her with 13,549.97 gold, which she'll keep.

Elena's sword designs

These documents outline seven cold iron swords that must be made to unlock Medi's quarters. While each one goes into detail about the enchantments required, it does not mention the precise type of sword to be made.

Sword of the Moon: Cold iron sword+2, moonfire blasting.
Sword of the Sun: Cold iron sword+2, sunfire blasting.
Sword of Fire: Cold iron sword+3, fiery blast.
Sword of Water: Cold iron sword+3, icy blast.
Sword of Air: Cold iron sword+3, lighting blast.
Sword of Earth: Cold iron sword+3, acidic blast.
Sword of Holiness: Cold iron sword+1, holy power.

Notably, none of you have ever heard of a moonfire or sunfire blasting weapon.

Balyss has 97440.85 gold. She upgrades her armor's enhancement bonus to +10, reducing her to 66190.85 gold. This sort of ignores my desire not to catapult bonuses superhigh the moment epic hits. I concede the point, but since this is a bonus one-shot I'm not worried. Go go go steampixie! Anyway. She'll add great reflection to her shield, leaving her with 30190.85 gold. She's done.

(I had wanted to make more epic magic items and enhancements. Sunfire and moonfire blasting were the first experiment regarding them. Without getting too wordy here, it's tough beyond just slapping numbers or lots of powers on. So in lieu of that I'm working with what's there.)

Ithea will grab one of the INT+2 potions.

"- A whole lot of treasures and wealth type things." <-- regarding this part of Medi's quarters, if there's at least 1.5k gold for Ithea there (or loans from someone), Ithea would like to add Ring of Wizardry II effect to one of her rings for 15k.

As for special prep, you can handle that, if they want to do anything for a trip to slaad's dungeon. Dunno what much more prep we can do besides Sylvie's bag of holding though. I can't think of anything, myself.
