+5 corrosive and venomous (both in MiC, Corrosive is +1d6 acid, venomous is 3/day inflict str poison with low DC on hit, both +1 enhancements)
Taking 10 on her craft check for 62 she'll make it masterwork but rather than applying any of the epic abilities to weapons all that extra crafting skill is going solely towards prettying it up.

This axe is a work of art, delicate looking and light as a feather yet with a deadly blade of razor sharpness that bleeds acidic and poisonous mist when swung. The faces of the axehead are inscribed with sylvan writings espousing the fleeting and ephemeral nature of all things.

She figures Bwimb will enjoy melting/ruining a work of art all the more so she's made it look as much like a display piece as she can despite still being able to function superbly as an actual weapon if anyone were to ever lay hands on it.

Cost is 98,000gp or 24,500gp after discounts.
