Tier 2 heavy armor, 1,200 gil, +12 ARM, +12 M.ARM, +2 MND plus status proof (poison) plus status proof (zombie) plus special. Holy armor made from shining silver.

Special: White mages can equip silver armor without penalty.

Hrm....No white mages and I think the sword is better, barring anybody else job changing to white mage or something that can use heavy armor?

Didn't you job change into warrior, Merc? They can use heavy armor.

I did, but that's why I said I think the sword is better.

Besides the fact that it'll sell for more if resold, it gives pwr/dex/res. Mind is the stat I least care about, and while status (zombie/poison) are probably good, in general I just think if it came down to me, I'd stick with the sword. Still dunno if anyone else might prefer the armor though.

Fair enough. The armor's good but it's notably designed for a paladin or cleric with that MND boost.

I shall claim the Silver Sword, and then trade it in for Silver Armor! FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

(Discussed it with Merc, he said that even though he could use the sword, he doesn't mind passing on it)

Though, I'd like to try this in-game. Merc pointed out that the silver armor is worth 1200 and the sword is 1500, so I'd like to at least try to make up the difference.
