Anyone up for some :)  My plans are pretty light and wouldn't mind some hangouts.
Well, Goodbye.

I have never actually been to one of these. I'm free sunday, what's it like? how does it work and such?
I'm going to need your signature for the metric ton of whoop-ass you're about to receive.

Rukatin: It's nothing too complex, it's just a bunch of us deciding to get together and playing board games online. It tends to mostly depend on who's around, what they're up for, and what they have.

If we want something simple/free, we may go to Board Game Arena, which has a reasonable selection of games. From time to time, we've also gone to Brettspielwelt which also has a reasonable selection of games, but isn't as well set-up. Both of those have UIs with the game automatically doing things like points and game effects.

Two other options are Tabletop Simulator and Zun Tzu. They are both nothing more than simulators, so you can scan/set-up board games yourself there or download from a big collection of games already set-up by others. Zun Tzu is free and a 2d simulator, but is no longer supported. Tabletop Simulator costs $15 (less during steam sales), and a 3d simulator, but is supported.

On a few occassions, we've just gone and played Cards against Humanity. It's been unfortunately pretty buggy for a long time now though, so we barely venture for that one now.

The only snag above tends to be Tabletop Simulator, but if everyone has it, we've been using that one the most lately. If not, we might try one of the others.

Drac: I might be up for it on Sunday as well.
<Cidward> God willing, we'll all meet in Buttquest 2: The Quest for More Butts.

Sunday works for me :)

Around what hours are good?

We tend to group up in #SR-boardgames.

Also good for Sentinels of the Multiverse if folks have that :)
Well, Goodbye.

Merc

I lack the steam version of Sentinels, though there is a Tabletop Simulator version.

I'm free any hours between wake-up-o-clock and sleepy-o-clock, outside of fooding-o-clock.

That's the same for me.

On the off-chance that you forgot how to get to our irc channels, you'll want to join the server irc.lunarnet.org

If you don't have an irc program, you can use Mibbit to do so. Click on 'Launch Mibbit Client', select 'Lunarnet [webirc]' from the drop down, type in a nickname and type '#SR-boardgames' for channel, then connect.
