As written, it sounds like it doesn't provide as as much as keeps you going without it. Useful for Mirima or Bubbles here obviously, but not an actual air source.

To Afina - there's some gases, yes. They don't seem to be transmitting sound, it's probably wizardly bullshit of some manner.

Can you breathe an air elemental? A willing one who allows it, yes. Otherwise they're too violent and fast moving to, the pressure difference wouldn't work out. In a normal situation this wouldn't deal any damage since they'd naturally recover air. In this situation, in a vacuum without air? They'd take steady damage from it.

Yes, air is integral to Air. A planar bubble cast on a native of Air would do that. Most other planes it wouldn't work with, but having actual air is 100% critical for Air to mean anything.

Afame isn't helping, so it's environmental rather than innate traits.

Ebiris

Holding up a finger for patience, Afina first calls upon air elementals to answer her bidding while also using her control over wind to sweep away the acidic fumes before they can get near anyone.

Four answer her call, though they're immediately stricken by the environment here. Afina thankfully possesses the means to mitigate that as she flies in towards one of them and uses its own body as a medium to transmit the verbal components of her next spell which produces a bubble of Air all around it for ten feet. "Get in close to the elementals," she instructs as breathable air is provided. it's still cold, but she fixes that next by making a bubble of warmth around herself.

Casting Control Temperature next. I can increase the temperature by 5 bands, presumably we're below 'unearthly cold' right now. Assuming that just counts as one band I could get us up to moderate. If it's two below unearthly I could get us to merely cold which is just a small fort save per hour or take some nonlethal damage.

That's 3 rounds worth of actions there for the persistent damage and any stuff that might butt in part way
