This is the Astral Plane. Yugoloths aren't native to the Astral Plane. Which means that no matter where he's supposed to respawn - a lower plane or his demi plane - he will respawn.

"He's probably respawning in Hades or Gehenna now," Afina says. And knowing how that goes, "So we have time to do what we like with his demiplane." For that matter if he's barred from the astral he can't go back to it for a century or so no matter how fast he recovers.

Mirima says something darkly unkind in Elven, then, "What's done is done. He was willing to sacrifice this in exchange for his life, hm?"
