Afina and her dogs trail after Jaela, more interested in any potential inhabitants of the tower than the architecture itself.

[Anastasia]

Jaela can tell the tower's in better shape than it appears. No load bearing sections are damaged at all. Most of the damage looks bad, but is no danger to the tower.

[Corwin]

"Damage is all cosmetic," she notes, progressing steadily downwards. "Whoever enchanted it did a good job. Unless, of course, the damage is just for show."

"A fake ruin for the aesthetics?" Afina wonders, looking around with marginally more interest. "Very Unseelie."

[Anastasia]

"I was just thinking the same thing, sugar," Bubbles says, "My my, this might be interesting!"

[Corwin]

Jaela keeps exploring the tower.

[Anastasia]

The next floor is easy enough to reach through a hole. The next floor is in better shape, and a dusty wizard's laboratory is here. Forgotten beakers, old magic circles and dried up magic potions are all about, as well as some books.

Jaela examines the books, on top of checking the magical signatures of her surroundings.

[Anastasia]

Same as before, save for the books. Those have an enchantment on them.

She moves on further down the tower, declining to take any.
