The cold is supernatural - piercing cold augmented even farther by a Frost Mage, which means it will completely bypass resistance and immunity to cold. It's also treated to be transdimensional, which should injure ethereal creatures just fine. It's further laced with unholy energy to make it harm goodly creatures as well.

As Surraruthru studies, "Incoming!" Jetina manages to get out, before the cold is on you.

Ref saves, all. +5 circumstance penalty to Surraruthru.
