After looking around she inspects Jarem with an arched eyebrow. "... I suppose you might make an acceptable drink carrier. Typically I have Lorathana for that. I doubt she'd approve of you trying to take work from her. I'll be interested in seeing the outcome."

You can see something glinting atop the rocks.

Jarem merely smiles, "I think Lady's just the right name for you, Alyssa. That or Queen."

Alyssa gives him a confused glance, "Of course. I already effectively rule an island nation. Even if it isn't official and I like the council. "

She walks off with a shake of her head towards the glint.

[Anastasia]

Jarem shakes his head and laughs, following along with you. Atop the stones lies a bloodstain, and within is part of a hilt and about four inches of broken sword still attached to it. The blade is a smooth, shiny silver color.

Alyssa inspects it with detect magic, wary of cursed items.

It was part of a magical weapon, a fairly powerful one. It's broken now, unfortunately. The magic's too far gone to identify much more about it.

Alyssa picks it up and stores it.

"Broken, but I might learn something from it."

She looks around for distortions or anything else.

Nothing else that you can see of note.

"I don't think there's much here... Well, besides a nice beach. Let's head back through."

She does make a note to invest in a private beach at some point, though.
