The assault on Salty Pier

Okay, OOC to begin with. What's your prep for this in the way of spells and the like?

Let's have Jetina use Mass Energy Immunity (Fire) on everyone (Kaja doesn't need it but he gets it anyway)
Let's also have Jetina use Celestial Valor, since it lasts for 20 minutes, that should be more than enough time for our smash and grab operation.
Finally, let's throw in Web of Generosity in case we get split up.

So that's 1 Pal 8 and 2 Clr 13 spells from her in prep.

Moore will also get up his songs in advance for everyone:

+18 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +18 morale bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls
+8d10 temp hp,  competence +8 Attack rolls, +3 fort
+12 morale bonus to saves and +12 dodge to AC, this is being used twice to effect everyone.

This takes 6 of his bardic music uses to do. He will cast Refreshment to remove the nonlethal damage before he goes anywhere.

Once all the prep is done, the plan is to Greater Plane Shift... well, if they can, right into the building, or at least in front of it. The building in question being wherever Mr. Firebeared resides or gives orders from.

Woosh. This time it works - the five of you appear in the town square. It's a rather large place, efreet and other creatures walking about here and there - and palanquins carry others, on the backs of slaves, while lines of slaves carry great sacks full of salt and other such things. It's only blazingly hot here, Water at least making the heat relatively bearable.

Your entrance gets a whole lot of eyes on the party, and...

With that, he casts Haste on everyone and begins to fly towards Firebearded's building!

I'm sure at some point someone's going to get in our way, but for now we have a Quest Objective.

Cresiel leaps to the air, following with his hammer and shield out.

Xandra follows, never touching the ground as she follows, eyes closed all the while.

Kaja barks out a laugh and follows as well, blades at the ready and a sharp-toothed grin seen.

Jetina follows, bringing up the rear.

As you fly on towards his office - a nice palatial estate is more accurate on a faraway glance - you go on. Yet one emerges - an efreet on a flying carpet, standing with his arms crossed, "Hold!" he demands, wearing a blue and gray vest and white pants, as well as a turban. A scimitar is at his side. "In the name of the Sultan, hold!"

Going in and making a public entrance...results in people noticing. Naturally.
