The assault on Salty Pier

[Anastasia]

Xandra and Jetina wait, letting you do your thing.

[Nephrite]

"Let's look around and see if we happen upon him. If not, it's iust not meant to be today."

Intent is to just fly around for an hour or so and see if they spot him or anyone else.

[Anastasia]

[Anastasia]

You spy fish and deer, rabbits and birds. No sign of celestials here, just the gentle peace of Venya. The air is chilly-cold, the occasional rill of ice forming here and there.

[Nephrite]

Moore nods to himself.

"All right, I'll send him a message later and ask if he can come visit. That may be an easier way to handle this, actually." Moore taps his chin. "Do you all mind waiting a moment?"

Moore is going to cast Sending to Sun's Rise. 'Hello, this is Moore. I am in Venya with some comrades, do you have time to talk?'

[Anastasia]

'Come ahead. I'm waiting for you,' Sun's Rise sends right back.

[Nephrite]

"I really should consider that sort of thing ahead of time." Moore says. "You two don't have to put up with my dawdling, you know." He says as he continues along and ahead!

[Anastasia]

"Eh," Jetina smiles, "It's still nice sightseeing. Besides, you usually have a reason for this, don't you?"

[Nephrite]

"I need to remember that it's easy enough to communicate with people with magic." Moore says with a laugh. "Maybe I can develop a spell that's like Sending, but a lot faster..."

He taps his chin at that.

"Tepen probably already did that, I'll just ask him." Moore says as he laughs a bit.

[Anastasia]

"Oh, they used those orbs in Aurora," Jetina perks up, "They're really useful. It's so incredibly convienent being able to talk to someone who isn't right next to you. No finding people, no going to trouble, and it can make doing things so much easier to organize. I wanted to have Afina make me a portable one, but I never had a chance."

[Nephrite]

"I'm sure we can commission one from them." Moore agrees as he continues along.

[Anastasia]

"Could we?" Jetina asks, "Thank you, Moore." She comes forward and pulls you into a warm hug, "I'd love one!"

Xandra watches, smiling as Moore is squeezed and glomped.

[Nephrite]

"Woah!" Moore cries out with a laugh. "Having one for our base as well as a portable one to use in the field would be really handy. I'll see what they can manage once we get back. I was actually going to see if it was possible to utilize Aurora's portal magic to make a two-way portal between here and Lifasa, too... uh, for... admittedly personal reasons." He clears his throat after that.

[Anastasia]

Jetina spins you around and around, Venya whirling before you. She laughs, a pure and sweet sound, "Let's do all of it and more! It all sounds great, Moore!"
