"We'd like time to talk about this and consider this, privately," Marianne says, "You're offering an awful lot, not to mention leaving our friends behind."

As Marianne sighs at that, Lyris adds, "We've lost a bunch already, we don't like losing more, or only seeing them on vacation. Balyss talks about how important Aurora's Crusade was, but we just know she's not here anymore. She's not here to do this or that, to help us explore or fight."

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Corwin

"She was instrumental in saving an entire world," Seira says quietly. "Nevermind the good Aurora's Crusade had accomplished beyond that."

She nods, then. "I understand the difficulty of the choice. Feel free to think it over, and once you've reached a decision, just contact me."

Of course, many of those friends could well apply, given their accomplishments, but she'll just leave that offer unsaid and see if any show interest.

Anastasia

"Small consolation when you miss her," Lyris says, but Marianne reaches over, places a hand on hers.

"We'll think about it," Marianne says, "You understand that we've suffered various kinds of loss. We need to talk to the others about it as well."

"I've always held that bad communication kills," Seira agrees, standing up. "Your friends should be kept in the loop."

She glances over at Marie, suggesting, "How about some early lunch? We've taken up enough of Marianne and Lyris's time, not to mention Josa's."

Ebiris

"Sure," Marie picks up her basket and rises from her chair. "It was really nice meeting you both!"

Marie's ready to go home but she'll accompany Seira more places if needed.

Ebiris

Marie'll just go home actually.

Anastasia

Okay. I'll split Alicia back off on her node in a sec.

Mia isn't hard to find - she's in the temple of Waukeen, wearing rich golden robes. Age wears on her but not too heavily, a spring still in her step as yo umeet her.

"Seira," she says, "It's been too long." She's smiling, voice strong despite the passage of time.

"So it has," Seira agrees, making introductions between Mia and Oraga. "I take it the Sharran thing went better than expected?"

Oraga simply looms as Mia giggles. "It went well, yes. But say hello, tall, dark and Oragaish." She bats her eyelashes at her, "You do feel rather masculine despite the body. I have to say, Seira, where were you hiding him?" She licks her lips.

Corwin

"If you'd bothered to visit, you would've met much earlier~"

Anastasia

Oraga continues to loom, impressive considering he's in the body of an elf woman.

"My mistake," Mia laughs, "I beg your forgiveness, Seira."

"You're forgiven," Seira tells her magnanimously. "Now then, how are things? I'm naturally worried about all the reports of Sharrans nearby recently--" She winks, adding, "--but some local gossip is fine too."
