The touched creature is immune to negative energy, energy drain, ability damage, ability drain, poison, paralysis and stunning. They gain fast healing equal to your caster level divided by 5. Half of any damage they take is converted to nonlethal damage.

It's essentially a long lasting ward that holds off death by immunities, fast healing and converting some damage to nonlethal damage.

That is one heck of a spell. I'd say have her toss that on one or two folks at her discretion. Moore's immune to most of the nonsense himself so he doesn't need it. She'd only be able to do two or three if we're also keeping the mass energy immunity, though I guess she could just cast energy immunity individually -- I'll leave that up to her.
