Moore nods. "In order of importance, I would probably say the beacon, rings, then... mm... it was an arch that people would pass through back on Aurora, I'd hate to just steal that idea. Maybe..." A tap on his chin.

"Ah, I know. Just a simple round and flat base that creates a pillar of light, maybe about... three or four feet high?" He waves his hand in the air as if to estimate. "Kind of like a lantern. Anyway, like I said, I know a lot of this goes beyond just... paying for it, you know? We did recently come back from a raid on some efreet holdings and have several arms and armors, for whatever that's worth. Otherwise, if you'd like to simple ask the Mountain, I can wait for that." Moore says.

Anastasia

"The price is never money, not here," Sunrise agrees, lowering the cube. "The only wages that matter here are the wages of virtue and deed. Tell me of what you have done that is righteous, Moore."

"Righteous..." Moore reflects on that, his posture shifting slightly as he stands up a bit more straight.

"It's easy enough to attack an efreet settlement and take their slaves. One might consider liberating slaves to even be a righteous cause to believe in. I think it goes beyond the act itself, it goes to what you do after. It goes into why you do something. Sure, saving people is a good act, but if you don't care about what happens to them afterwards, don't take the time to be concerned over their well-being, then I think that misses the point."

A breath as he continues, his voice taking on a slightly wistful tone. "For me, liberating people who've been forced into slavery is only the first step in a larger set. To save them, they have to be given a choice again and make their own decisions. It doesn't do well for me to decide what's best for them -- that's not righteous at all, that's just delusion into thinking that doing good always results in a good result. So, if I'm to tell you what I've done that's righteous, it's that I've returned hope to those who are hopeless -- that I want them to be able to see the potential they have."

He gestures around as his voice hardens -- it's more resolved, now. "Even beyond slaves, those who are part of my group are being given that same hope -- they can do so much more together than they thought they could do apart. Just because you believe you can see a path before you and think it's the right one doesn't mean that you can't be furthered along with the help and aid of those around you. I think... I think that's what it really means to be righteous, to be able to forge your own way for a good cause and fulfill every aspect of that cause without shirking your responsibilities." Moore says.

Anastasia

"Free will is an important part of everything," Sunrise agrees, "No one can walk the Holy Mountain for you, you have to do it yourself and choose that path yourself. It is a hard path and a long path, but it is not one that you have to walk alone. You understand that."

"I think... for a long time, I wanted to support other people and help them do better." Moore explains, his posture becoming more relaxed. "It wasn't until recently that I realized that it's people that support me." He nods as if to verify his own thought process. "What I can do is amplified by how people react to me and vice versa. It's a synergy and complimentary ideal that I think..." He taps his chin once. "I think it gets lost to some people, who think that the only true answer is One."

Anastasia

"That is wisdom," Sunrise agrees, kneeling to be closer to eye level for you, one knee up. "We all support each other as we walk towards Chronias. Together we are stronger, a real strength that laughs as the foolishness of what Baator and Mechanus call strength. For we are together, but each of is One, guided towards what is above all to be One amid it."

Moore nods. "It's always interesting to me that from the side of Hell, they... well, they don't think about what it is to go beyond anything. They have a hard stopping point because of how chained they are to their own ideas and concepts." He gestures up at this. "Even here, where everyone wants to eventually reach Chronias, there isn't just One path to it. I think that's a real fundamental difference... well, even beyond the obvious."

Anastasia

"All paths merge together in the end, so long as they are righteous ones, for there is no single path that leads from Lunia to here," Sunrise agrees. "You understand much, Moore."

"I've been given a unique perspective on Creation." Moore admits with a smile. "I think that's why I end up with so many people in my... hmm... sphere of influence, I suppose."

Anastasia

"You understand much of the path to Chronias, but it is not your time to walk it," Sunrise says, "Give me the beacon, that is the simplest."

Moore laughs a bit. "You're right. I actually just came from the bridge. That place is really... intimidating." He offers the beacon over.

"I know it isn't really intimidating when The Time comes, but... when it's not? Woof." Moore lets out a breath, like he'd been holding it in since he left Xerona.

Anastasia

"It is a warning," Sunrise takes the beacon and holds it up to the light. His eyes glow with golden flames as he murmurs Words of Creation, which become bands of light that sink into the teleportation beacon. "Any who disregard it shall be destroyed for all time and forever."

Moore's ears perk up a small bit.

Is that it The third way? ...No, he's known how to use the Words of Creation like that already.

Anastasia

Slowly your beacon changes and...

Give me the exacts on what you want so I'm clear when I post this in a sec?

-Turns on and off at-will (command word? Whatever, so long as someone else can't just turn it off when Moore's using it and also so it doesn't blow up his bags all the time.)
-Affects whatever range (1 mile is fine)
-When activated, prevents anything in the subset of teleportation from functioning (I'm sure there's very specific terms here to use. I guess anything in the spell school "Teleportation"? Because it doesn't make sense to disable plane shift/teleport but somehow dimension door still works, if that makes sense.
-I thought I had another idea but I think that's it.
