Ahead is a large room - full of massive sacs, bulging and pulsing. Thin, semi-transparent veins run between them, a dark liquid within. As you stare they begin to gather magic and...!!!

"I have, but I shouldn't let it go to my head! I didn't get here alone," Marie smiles back at Ebony as they go along.

The light purifies the wicked, burning away the veins and scorching away what remains. In the aftermath is ruin, walls coated with burst sacs and the floor thick with dead insects. Victory!

Free act. The room's a mess so doing something about that would help getting a clue what's up in it.

Rather than spend time cleaning up one room when they have a whole cathedral to cleanse, Alicia turns and opens the matching door to the West, expecting more of the same.

[Anastasia]

It is a long hallway to the west, with a single door to the south about midway. Here deep frescoes are untouched, while from the ceiling the hang. The dead, hung like criminals. Tiny sacs bulge all over their bloated bodies, baby insects and vermin crawling about them. The bodies sway gently back and forth, as if caught in the afternoon breeze.

This room should solidify your SOP for dealing with things like this, be it an unlimited SLA or something else, so go ahead and elaborate that.

Alicia and Marie share a nod before magic erupts in the room, a righteous smite from the eladrin bursts with holy light, matched by the radiance of the noon sun from the avatar's sunburst!
