Alyssa snorts.

"No. The only thing I want to sleep on is soft cushions, and the only want for gold I have is to fund projects for the country, if the Council agrees."

[Anastasia]

"So let's stick with this," Jarem finally says, "I think it comes down to understanding ourselves and doing what we desire and need and working from there. That should work, right?" He looks about, "Based on what we know."

Quick OOC question. Cor says he's been trying to keep this information on the down/low from Seira and you shouldn't know it. I'm trying to remember when you were told (it was probably Emily unless Seira said something in your meeting that's been forgotten by Seira) and I figured I'd ask you rather than going on a full on, long and time consuming log dive.

Okay, for the moment go ahead and reply normally. I'll check that tonight. Just sidestep the issue, it was mentioned in passing and can be excised from the conversation without needing to redo it if needed.

It was Emily saying it to Seira while they were in a separate room. I knew they talked about it, but forgot that they had gone elsewhere. I'll renege on my post, but hold off on figuring out how you want to catch it up. I can easily make a simple change to something like, 'Didn't you ask your mother about this? Did you ever get an answer?' or the like.

Exactly, and I didn't tell her I knew something about it or act like I knew what was going on in any way. She really has no way of knowing something similar is happening with my friends since she's not in the loop there.

"Well, you can try to ask your mothers for advice on it, I suppose. Divinity might grant some insight to it that we're missing. I wonder if there's a clear line of progression to it? Something that links it to the previous time in some logical way."

[Iron Dragoon]

"No, I don't think it's turning me into a dragon... There are far easier ways to do it than being empowered by Io. But dragons do have a connection to magic that's unusual. She may have some scrap of lore we can work from. Maybe Bahamut does, but that's not a thread I particularly want to tug on."

[Anastasia]

"Something, anything," Jarem murmurs, "In the shorter term, how can we maximize this?"

Emily nods, "Yes, well..." she trails off a moment.

Retreading a bit here due to the nature of what happened yesterday.

"I'll think on it, Jarem. I have a few other projects that I need to wrap up. Lird Melweather, the proposal, my family, and a series of magic implimentation to make lives easier. I'll think on it, though."
