"Yes. A fellow of mine, Jarem, was able to help me aquire a spell to raise islands. Which is part of why I wanted to have a druid join us. What impact do you think it would have? I don't want to flood some poor fishing village somewhere."

As you linger outside some of the cottages here, private enough for conversation under palm trees, Ianvasah shakes her head. "If done nature's way, destructive. Islands come about in one of several ways. Volcanic activity can cause them, as can rifts to the Elemental Plane of Fire or Magma. Earth elemental activities beneath the ocean floor can cause new mountains to form, with the peaks becoming islands. It's said that sometimes when a meteor laden with meteoric iron plunges into the ocean, the impact on the ocean floor causes a new island to grow, like a tree growing in the forest. All of these cause local disruptions and tidal waves. The faster the island is formed, the more severe the tidal waves are."

Alyssa nods.

"Would water elementals be able to negate the tidals waves?"

[Anastasia]

"If anything can," Ianvasah considers as Emily listens.

"Oh, they can," Emily pipes up, "Mom's tested it!"

At Emily's cheerful smile the druid looks sidelong at her, "It seems this is a world of the impossible, a guild where the absurd lives and breathes."

"Feel free to join in."

Alyssa grins at her.

"Well, we'll have to summon some. Or just try to make some alliances."

[Anastasia]

"Yes, go have tea with Istishia and have her loan you all the elementals you'll need," Ianvasah retorts, "Chauntea's pregnant womb, what is this day?" Exhaling, "You've shown me enough. I'll work with you - if for no other reason than I'd be damned foolish to let this pass me by. Not once have you shown the slightest sign of lying, and the Weave tells you true regardless.""

"Let's continue then! The library next."

[Anastasia]

"Very well," Ianvasah agrees, "Is this library frequented by Silvanus and Oghma, where they share tea and tell you secrets of the universe?"

At that Emily shakes her head, "Don't be silly." Then after just a moment's beat, "Oghma prefers wine."

[Iron Dragoon]

"I mean, I suppose we can invite them over."

[Anastasia]

As Ianvasah buries her face in her hands and stops, Emily's smile fades. "It was a joke! I haven't met him, Waukeen mentioned that to me once!"

"The Mother of Coins? Hardly better!" Ianvasah says, "You speak of her with familiarity!"

"Well..." Emily admits, "I usually call her Aunt Waukeen?" She shuffles a bit, "It's not that unusual!"

"I don't have any God's with quite as close of a relationship as Emily."

[Anastasia]

Ianvasah laughs, laughs and laughs, muffled by her hands.

"Well...Alyssa, how about we take a break and I give Ianvasah a few magic lessons?" Emily offers, "It sounds like she could use some time."

"I think so too. I'll go check in with the Council."

[Anastasia]
