Moore smiles and nods, then heads back with the others!

If there's nothing pressing, he'll probably just go back to WoC training since he doesn't want to go anywhere too important unless Melia is back and has news.

Anastasia

Good news - Melia is back when you arrive, in her office, in case you want to meet her. Do you?

Melia has Grias keep an icepack against the side of her head as she drinks a cup of cider. "Now now, just stay still until Moore heals you," Grias calls chidingly, "Oh Moore, there you are. Could you spare a healing spell? Nothing too strong, I think a cure serious wounds would suffice."

"You know, I never did master that one." Moore says as he flies over. "I can do this one, though." He taps Melia's shoulder a few times!

Cure Light wounds, to be clear.

Anastasia

"Aaaah," Melia says, sitting back and putting the ice pack aside. "Thanks. I knew a cleric of Chauntea once who memorized only healing spells, spent his days healing mostly the poor for free, and making his bread by sparing a few spells for those with the money to pay. He learned every healing spell he could. A shame that wolfman got him."

"I think Jetina probably knows every healing spell there is. Even made some of her own." Moore says. "I take it you ran into some trouble?"

Anastasia

"Job hazard," Melia says, "Where do you want me to begin?"

"I trust your judgement." Moore says as he takes a seat.

Anastasia

"Well, the War College is well and truly riled up by your attack, and there's a bunch of officials from the court investigating," Melia begins. She rubs the side of her head slowly as Grias brings her over a roll and jam from a platter nearby, Melia taking it and slowly spreading jam on the roll. "I found out something useful - from the way everyone's talking, his main goal was protect some nobles there, which he did. The efreet seem to have no objections about his battle tactics. I'm guessing at least a few promising commoners that high up nobles are sponsoring are viewed as more important than repairs."

"Who's 'he', exactly?" Moore asks. "Oh, you're probably getting to that, I'm sorry. Carry on."

Anastasia

"That Unseelie running it," Melia shrugs and pauses to eat her roll. She makes a pleased sound, "I forget how good the cook here is," she says, finishing it off before going on. "I think that's the missing key to understanding his stalling - he was protecting politically connected efreet, probably buying time for them to sneak off grounds and teleport away."

"Interesting. So he wasn't just passing through." Moore says. "...If that's the case, though... hmm. Well, I suppose it's possible for the college itself to have some sort of pact with Unseelie without it being something at the level of the Grand Sultan or the higher level efreet."

Anastasia

"Could be, hard to say," Melia admits, "I heard third hand that the Sultan is promising compensation and aid in rebuilding, so it won't stay down forever. Though I hear they're annoyed over the loss of a library, those take time and money to replace."
