Sylica faces lots of threats and semi-frequent attacks from lower planar powers as well as high spirited warriors from Ysgard, so it maintains a strong defensive posture with a significant muster of forces ready to fight off attacks at a moment's notice.

Sylica isn't much of a trading hub so most of its production goes towards handling internal needs. Usually this would sit at 5%. However with the recent physical expansion of Sylica, increased efforts are being made to take advantage of the new space so production has taken a temporary increase to cover building new settlements and fortifications.
