Not yet. For what it's worth both projects there seem to be going well, infrastructure needs more time. If something was going wrong it would be mentioned.

Update 2

Janise reports that when digging ditches for infrastructure, loose gold was found. What shall be done with it?

Janise suggests either taking it and investing it back into the Guild, taking it for your personal use or gifting it. Not all of it has to be used on the same task, and the workers that found it are clamoring for share of their find.

Janise reports heavy discontent amid the workers who found the gold, but nothing seems to be boiling over.

I totally didn't even see the part where they wanted a share. As a compromise, let's give them better food for a month. This can easily be accomplished with spells (Hero's Feast and what-not).

Janise reports this has decreased the level of discontent, though they still aren't happy.

Update 3

Yorel reports that a band of sea nixies have been found exploring the area in the wake of the horror incident. Shall anything be done about them?

Delaize reports that shipping is going well, but stories of pirates have begun to circulate.

Have Ianvasah and Emily try to contact the nixie's and offer to try to work out a safe harbor/home/trade type thing; they probably have the most experience with fey out of anyone, and having nature spirit types around will be a good start for Ianvasah.

As for the pirates, offer work/internship type things for adventure leaning students. Good way to earn some experience. Also talk to Jeram and see if he wants to offer the same to any of his people. Have diviners try and locate their base for dealing with.

To be clear here, you want to sponsor rookie adventurers to take care of the pirates and call it training?

Not a complete unit of rookies, and I meant more going with the ships as guards, not out hunting them. Like a couple experienced people with a rookie or two type thing.
