There's a slight mistake, the efreet war should list 'doubled' since you put 'quintupled' in other places where it fit.

I'd also like to understand something. We have the six leader limit right now. Before this system, however, I assigned 5 clerics and priestesses to handle various tasks, such as trade, coordination and Prime uplifting (x3). How would that whole thing work? Are they doing anything?

Yandrazrt reports slow but steady progress with behemoths. It's manageable but he needs time. A little more funding and manpower (OOC: more realm total resources) could lead to a breakthrough.

Your generals report progress on Lifasa - it's easy to spread there and establish right now, with no real resistance and a new golden age. The Lfiasans are preparing an offering for you, if you wish to accept it.

Do I need to follow the funding rules, so I'd need to double the funding from 10 to 20? Or could adding 5% for a total of 15% be enough for Yan's needs?

I would also be happy to receive anything Lifasans give me, provided it doesn't lower their standard of living/quality of life.

Dragon Statue

This statue is made of gold and with rubies for eyes and accents. It is a skillfully made, two foot long and three foot fall replica of a dragon perching atop a hoard. It is worth 20,000 gold.

Xera reports that progress is slow, but a few sources have proven circumstantial evidence that supports Dispater having the Lost Chalice.
