Direct Valar and 7% of realm production to the Aurora Crusade. I haven't had a task like that before, so maybe copy it from Alicia's realm?
Triple Uplifting Balmuria from 10% to 30%.
Triple Aiding Malana from 5% to 15%.

That distributes all my combat forces without affecting ongoing research projects.

Omni has finished his research and is able to present it to you whenever you want. This is best done IC since I'm sure you'll have questions. But short version: Yes, but it'll take tricks to make them, but you have some of the tricks already.

Commander Oberuth has sent you a message, requesting a discreet avatar comes to visit him in Balmuria. It isn't urgent but it's about your uplifting. Contact him before you come. It's nothing bad, he says.

Xera would like a visit soon - she'll come to you, she's doing it this way since she know you're busy with the war. It's about the Lost Chalice and Zariel wishes to talk to you about it as well.

I will inform Oberuth that once all the efreet and dao slaves have been repatriated, I will stop by. I expect it to be within a week's time, so if he needs to see me earlier he should tell me and I'll make the time.

Second, I'm pretty sure Omni was heading the Elemental Harmony project prior to All-Elementals, and posts here support that, but I don't see Elemental Harmony listed under Completed projects.

Finally, there are two more unresolved matters: Salmon and the Gith. The Gith will be IC, I instructed that we arrange the meeting and it hasn't happened yet, but it's not like a lot of time on the diplomatic scale has passed, so we'll get to it soon. But re: Salmon, I've talked to Sanzha IC about it before and she told me she was handling it, so does it need another scene of asking for a status update or has it been resolved? If it's resolved, what did it lead to? Is that an IC scene?

First is done. Second, do you have a copy of it handy? I can't find one on a casual search, it may have been accidentally deleted.
