Like this it's smooth as clockwork. A wall, a break and another, timing flawless as you advance down the hall, soon enough reaching the eastern passage to the north. Are you going up that one or going to the very end and to the passage south there?

"Alright, the walls will hold for a while," Alicia agrees, detouring that way.

Ahead is a hallway of blue and silver, intermingling. It connects to the far western northern passage it looks like, a single hallway going up here. At the end of that hall is a golden sphere, awaiting the party.

"Might as well collect that first," Seira voices, heading towards the sphere.

Alicia remains content to let anyone else get the sphere should they feel the need.

Moore looks over at Antenora, since she at least said she was still thinking about it the last time!

Antenora pauses a moment.

'Before I make a choice,' she sends to Alicia, 'I would hear why you are not interested in Io's treasures, Alicia.'

'I do hope you won't deprive yourself just to copy me,' Alicia sends back to Antenora via the telepathic medium. 'Quite simply I dislike having to explain myself in the fashion Io has demanded of everyone else who has been gifted thus far, and my panoply of magical equipment is already suitably to my taste that I don't have a pressing need to seek more when it's so simple and absent the challenge or meaning that turns a trinket into a treasure. Thus my abundance of pride and my lack of avarice come to an easy equilibrium.'

'Hardly,' Antenora sends back with a bit of amusement. 'No, I wanted to see if you were drawing a connection between Io's offers and what Asmodeus offered, somehow. I'm glad to see I was wrong.'

Aloud Antenora speaks, "I'll go," she says, "Unless you wish to, Seira? I can wait again."
