It's impossibly thin. It has no thickness to speak of. Like thinner than paper for sure!

Dink. Dink. Dink. The black pearl ioun stone bounces against the wall, but fails to penetrate it once up.

[Corwin]

Thus Seira taps the sphere!

Now Io narrates once more.

Before they emerge - a dragon of howling winds, a wyrm of swirling water, a drake of burning fire and a wyvern of rumbling earth. At this Alicia's wall of force is gone, along with the sphere and ioun stone.
