The time passes...and well. Somehow, against all logic, Alyssa seems to grasp the basics. "This isn't possible and yet..." Xandra says, holding a hand up. "Enough, Moore. This should be impossible for you, and perhaps harming you. I never imagined I would...." a long, slow pause there.
