Cresiel strides over the broken door. Inside is a short entry hall, a bit dinged but otherwise intact. Doors go all about here - and as one, they open. Joining the fine stonework and statues are a dozen figures. They wear loose white robes and metal face masks, completely covering them. They are perhaps 8 or so feet tall each, striding ahead with inhuman grace.

"We've heard of you," One of them declares, then another adds, "Duke Moore of Celestia. The Voice of Aurora. Agent of Erathaol." Then a third picks up, "An enemy. A walking corpse." They all speak with the same deep, sonorous voice.

[Nephrite]

"If I had a gold piece for every time called me a walking corpse." Moore laments. "I don't know who you are, and frankly, don't really care either. You know exactly why we're here, and if you were smart about it, you'd just tell me where they are and we'd leave. I am going to guess you're going to decide to try and attack us, and are all going to go from 'walking corpses' to 'literal corpses.'" He says, not giving even an inch for kindness at this point.

Cresiel smiles coolly, "Run or die," he says, succinctly. "Or kneel and repent."

Kaja draws his scimitars, no words at all.

Jetina's blade is bared and shield ready, "Giv eme a reason to smite you in Raziel's name."

Xandra is silent a moment before she says, "Either they are dead, gone or you are stalling for time. Which?"

A fourth declares, "Those you sought are dead. It is your time to join them."

At that - !!!
