"Emily, remember the choice we might have to make soon. If we start a war here, and there's some sort of coalition, we will have begun something we will be unable to finish. Which is the wiser choice, the fight, or the spreading of information about their existence, tactics, and worship?"

[Anastasia]

Jarem reaches out, "There are times when words are sharper than a sword, by nature or necessity." Putting a hand on her shoulder, "We have bigger enemies worthy of our energy. These sahaugin aren't."

Emily looks down, "I...suppose I understand it," she finally says. "But I don't like it."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Good. Never settle for it. Remember your distaste for the decision. It will prevent you from making unnecessary compromises that others would fall into. But also remember to keep perspective and weigh the value of decision, and you'll always make wise choices that you can live with, instead of choices that lead to regrets."

[Anastasia]

"Yeah...and they're jerks, anyway," Emily looks up, "They couldn't even stay around to properly smite!"

[Iron Dragoon]

"Well. If you're that disgruntled, just set a series of traps in the building and a detection spell to trigger it when they all return. That way, they'll see it happen."

[Anastasia]

Emily shakes her head and...

So going to have mages knock over the temple, do some looting and call it a day?

Yeppers.

[Anastasia]

How do you plan to distribute lootings?

Fairly evenly. It depends on what all we get, and if anyone is interested in a specific item. The way we did it in B3 is fine with me. IIRC, it was splitting it evenly then people 'buying' whatever they wanted?

[Anastasia]

Yes, though fair proviso: Most of this isn't hugely magical things, but gold, treasure and salable goods. So think more gold pieces than magical items - as I'm sure you picked up by now, this wasn't a raw test of pure power for you, but it had other purposes instead.

Yeah, but the idea stays the same. Split the value evenly with the guild. There could be some random reagent or something someone wants.

[Anastasia]

Loot post. Once that's done, got anything else to do here?

Nope, unless there are more captives.
