Essence of a Dryad is useful in the creation of magical items related to wood.

The regrets you aren't sure - that's an odd one to be sure, but it sounds rare and useful.

Rosenwort is an uncommon herb used in some healing potions. Useful and there's enough there for several dozen potions.

Dragon blood of any kind is useful all sorts of things.

Tears of a Marut are notedly useful in spells related to law as well as creating items related to protection from chaos. They also have some utility in magic related to natural death.

Eye of an Erinyes is obvious.

Heart of the Vampire useful for any sort of blood magic.

Well, I've only got 2700gp except if I sell the statue from Seira and the silver dagger I got... What's the Nicker's Fancy worth? I don't think you ever put a value on it:

Nicker's Fancy: Cold iron dagger+5, wounding and ghost touch. When the wielder deals damage with this weapon, they can choose to do minimum damage with it, treating all dice rolled as being a 1 (including extra damage dice, such as sneak attack). If they do, the damage ignores damage reduction except for damage reduction that cannot be bypassed or unique types of damage reduction, such as the damage reduction possessed by many abominations.
