"You've heard the Prophecy of Primus?" Seira inquires. "The reason things are dire is that Creation itself is at stake."

[Anastasia]

"I have," Ranbar says, "...is it true, then?"

[Corwin]

"One of the secrets is that while we have a plan to deal with Shar, she's not acting as alone as it might at first appear. Even taking her down won't be enough to save Creation, for she is merely the public face for her side."

[Anastasia]

At that Ranbar stares, "It's worse? Seira help me," she mutters, then blushes at that, "Help me, please," she says to your face.

[Corwin]

"I told you that I'm working on it, haven't I?" Seira asks her with a confident grin. "At least now you might have context for the recent ascensions here and with our friends in Sylica."

[Anastasia]

"I do." An answer, "Then I trust you, my lady. I will do as you command, as always your faithful servant."

[Corwin]

"Now then! Let's see if Donald's found something for us to do, shall we?"

[Anastasia]

As you go, "May I make a request, then?" Ranbar asks. "A request for more equipment. My equipment has become stronger, but it is mortal work, not the works all of you wear."

[Corwin]

"We'll make it a priority," Seira readily agrees. "Do you have your eye on anything specific?"

[Anastasia]

"I need to be better armored," Ranbar says, "It would be helpful."

[Corwin]

"I'll keep an eye out for something suitable," Seira promises. "In the meanwhile, I'll ward you with my magic whenever we set out."

[Anastasia]

"Yes, my lady," Ranbar agrees at that.

[Corwin]

Does Donald have a target for us to hit? Something rich would be nice, given Ranbar wants gear.

[Anastasia]
