Alyssa hands it over to the others.

"Guess it's time to secure the soon to be former slaves and start on moving this place."

[Anastasia]

"We still need to find them, if they're here," Jarem points out, "Check all the vault and treasure rooms we found."

[Iron Dragoon]

"Secure the rescues and I'll start laying the spell work to teleport this whole place."

[Anastasia]

Plan here then? Assume for now you'll be unopposed unless I say otherwise.

Get the slaves together and get them out, then start using wish to move the whole place back to the demi-plane like we talked about.

[Anastasia]

It's not too long before Bastian comes strolling up to you in a good clip, "The good news is that while they fled and took some treasure, they did not have the time or ability to take it all. The bad news is that they seem to have prioritized slaves, because we've found evidence of them being here but none are to be found."

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa sighs. "We told them we wanted the slaves above the treasure so they took them to spite us. I guess we can at least say we've stopped it here. But we've really only displaced them."

Alyssa takes a breath, "No, I suppose we've broken their reputation too. It's unlikely they'll operate on this scale again. A hollow thing."

[Anastasia]

"We cut their balls off in front of all of their clients. No one wants ball less bitches to protect their valuables." Bastian turns and spits to the side before going on. "It'll do. Emily's upset, but at least listened to Jarem explaining why this is a success. Ianvasah's acting like a dragon. So Jarem wants you to wait until he's sure there's nothing here that won't cause a transportation catastrophe, as well as trying to figure out how this place works. He's tracking down the control artifact, which he thinks is still here - built in."

Alyssa nods. "I can do that as well as any and better than most. Let's go."

[Anastasia]

You find Jarem in a hidden room - in back of one of the offices. Here an array of glowing, milky white crystals are set into what looks to be rune carved steel. It would be beautiful - if not for half the crystals being cracked or broken, and deep dents in the rune carved steel.

"Take a look," Jarem offers, "It's not unstable I think, but they made sure to damage it on the way out."

This would have once controlled various functions of this building - blurring the walls, allowing it to be somewhat morphic and so forth. Unfortunately it's destroyed and inoperable.

"I think it's inoperable. It controls functions and makes this place somewhat morphic... Maybe I can repair it in time. But for now, I don't think I can do anything with it."
