"Something like that isn't used lightly," Is the agreement you get from Xandra. She slowly taps a finger against her side, "We haven't forgotten that or that a gate is involved. That must be what isn't the anthemic knowledge, but close to it."

Moore nods. "And, if the gate itself and the gatekeeper are both anathemic knowledge, then it seems to me like knowing about one leads to the other. I suppose it's possible that whoever or whatever the guardian of the gate is, they may have other duties, but... I don't think it's much of a leap to assume the two are very closely aligned."

Anastasia

"So it's unlikely they have any other duties in Creation that we would know of," Xandra concludes, "Assuming so, we can logically eliminate anyone known to us by other means."

Moore nods. "I think it's also too much of a coincidence we ran across some people using a very specific Celestial word that triggered my memories. Whoever is the keeper, I think it's fair to say they're like Xerona, or... something like that, you know, like the 77+7 archangels."

Anastasia

"They use the same methods - the keeper may well be one of them." A pause for Xandra to mull it all over, as meanwhile Kaja paces a bit, gesturing ahead towards Villisa, who laughs warmly.

"I can think of few duties more important than what this keeper's is. Surely they would be one of them."

"That's entirely possible." Moore agrees. "You know, I wonder what would happen if you read that book. I wonder if you'd have the same reaction that I do... mm. I feel like that'd be cheating."

Anastasia

"What else can we define this as," Xandra brushes that aside, "Is there anything else we can safely infer?"

"Hm..." Moore reaches into his pocket and takes out some papers to look through.

Am I safe to infer that, IC, Moore would still have the writings you list here in this post? http://www.soulriders.net/forum/index.php/topic,103953.msg1090787.html#msg1090787

"I didn't think about it before, but look at this." He points to some of his writing. "...Er, sorry, ignore the parts where I scratched it out, I was still a bit frantic at the time. Forty-nine, right? Forty-nine what?"

He shakes the piece of parchment a bit. "It's got to have something to do with the name, too. Someone with forty-nine somethings. ...Voices?" He hums. "No, that doesn't sound right. But 49 is 7 by 7, so..."

He blinks again. "...Seven... ... seven, seven, seven gates. Aldaboah, open and close. Reveal the way by opening the seven gates to power." He takes in a breath. "What features to all celestials have? I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that maybe this person has... 49... ...I don't know, wings, maybe?"

Anastasia

The light from above seems so bright as you reason, struggling to find just the right words. The light is so overwhelmingly radiant. The light of Chronias shines down all the more.

"Forty nine. Forty nine. Forty nine." Xandra says it slowly, "Seven times seven. A solar has seven wings by the lore - six wings and the body itself is the seventh. Something seven times greater than a solar. Forty nine voices singing."

"Forty nine voices singing..." Moore repeats. "Yes, I think that's right. They sang a... song? They sang a song to open the gate, that led Benfal to Elysium." He says. "Yes, that's... that seems right. Hm..."

He looks back at his notes. "So I think we can conclusively say that it's something like a solar, but possibly, or perhaps literally, seven times as much. That... at least is a specific piece of information, if nothing else. A solar who guards a gate like Xerona guards the bridge, but... yes, I definitely agree with you that it's not just a name you'd come across casually. It's probably something you have to go out of your way to find."

Anastasia

"Something hidden," Xandra finally says. "The mysteries of the Arch Angels tie to that all too well. Cresiel knows something of those."

Moore nods. "Yes, I agree." He raises his hand to wave Cresiel over.

Anastasia

Cresiel parts from his conversation and comes over.

"Moore?" he asks, waiting.
