A half built tavern is already open, even with no proof on yet. Here workers drink up inside - including Delaize, who sips quietly as he watches the others boisterously brag.

As he sits there, another comes to join him. A man, the first lines of age on his face and hints of gray in his hair. He wears common clothes as he leans in and murmurs something to Delaize.

Alyssa nods to Delize but leaves him to his business unless he motions for her and goes to get a drink.

[Anastasia]

You get a drink as you listen to the workers brag.

"I lifted two dozen," One thumps his chest with his fist, "Back to back!"

Laughter at that, "Well," Another one says, "Fuck that, 'cause I did 22!"

A few laughs at that, while one starts to count, "Say, two dozen is 24, right?"

Alyssa grins and shifts her clothes a bit to reflect a more common style, "What was it you lifted?"

[Anastasia]

Just changing your clothes openly there? Matters.

[Iron Dragoon]

Well it's the best of many styles so I'm not getting naked or anything. But if you mean covering the shift the I think between a little quick movement and a Prestidigitation, I should be skilled enough to hide it.

[Anastasia]

Sure.

"Beams. Big interior beams," The man says, a big hunk of muscle and bulky as you'd imagine. Pounding his chest again, "Got plenty of strength here, you like that?"

A few laughs go up at that, Alyssa getting some open looks.

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa laughs outright, "And how much you think it weighed each?"

[Anastasia]

"More than you, lady," He grins, big face splitting in a smile. "Stood those right up and took care of business."

Laughing and some drinking follows, as Delaize quietly keeps an eye on you, even amid the conversation.

[Iron Dragoon]

Alyssa chuckles, "I bet I can lift them as well as you. I bet I can lift both of you big strong men."

[Anastasia]

That gets some uproarous laughter, as one calls, "You couldn't lift a child, let alone one of us!"

Delaize smiles ever so slightly at this, as the men laugh and drink.

[Iron Dragoon]

"Let's make a proper bet, then. I win, you buy me any drink I want. Same to you if I can't."

[Anastasia]

"You're on," The man stands up, "Do your worst, girlie." He finishes his drink off and tosses the mug aside, waiting.
