Extremely Jetina.

"It is a border town?" Jetina ventures, "Just inland enough for everyone from the seas to come mingle? We could learn from it."
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<Yuthirin> Afina, giant parasitic rainbow space whale.
<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

Moore nods. "I met some fishermen a few times when I came through Celestia before. So I imagine that's probably a bustling trade."

Anastasia

"Fishing, you  mean?" Jetina glances, "Just fishing?"
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

"Well, people selling fish, but also fishing, yes." Moore says with a grin. "I didn't exactly expect it myself, but..." A shrug follows that.

Anastasia

"Well," Jetina goes on, arms crossed as she walks, "Fishing is a primary industry in any sea-side area, and often a primary food source as well. Why wouldn't there be fishing here?"
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

"It'd be like people selling lanterns to people who live in Brightwater." Moore says. "It's one of those things that makes sense, except if you think about it... like, where do the fish come from? Oceanus? Isn't that... I dunno, odd?"

Anastasia

"It's a huge river," Jetina says slowly, "Why wouldn't there be fish in it, or in the massive sea that surrounds Celestia? Would you expect them barren of life?"
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.
<Afina> Forever.

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

"I'd think you'd find unique things in them... not just fish." Moore says with a small shrug. "It's like finding a bear in the forests of Arborea; Is that unusual? Not really. It's just surprisingly mundane for what you'd expect."

Anastasia

With a growingly flat look, "Magic fish, Moore. Magic. Heavenly fish."

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

"Right. I'm saying I didn't see any of that when people sold fish here before." He says.

Anastasia

"Because there's also normal fish!" Jetina exclaims, "Fish! There's fish!"
<Afina> Imagine a tiny pixie boot stamping on a devil's face.

<IronDragoon> I mean, why not?

Nephrite

"Yeah, yeah, I hear you." Moore says with a wave of his hand. "Will wonders never cease."

Anastasia

Jetina gives you a look and stomps on ahead, not deigning to answer that with a reply.

Moore silently flies on ahead.

Why is he the only one who thinks this is weird??

As you ponder mysteries such as that and related mysteries, you proceed on. Your destination is a gleaming white building, a sandy yard in the front of it, almost like a beach, down to a few small pools of water dug up, where the waters of the sea bubble upwards.

It's a rather large and sprawling building, going broad rather than tall. It's decorated by blue and silver pennants, flying from various points of the roof.
