[Anastasia]

"Oh, that's great," Mini goes right along, "So tell me what you're looking for!"

[Nephrite]

Moore takes out his notes on the research he's made so far and offers them over.

"Anything to help with this." He explains. "Probably anything on portals, or that that sort of thing would help with it as well."

[Anastasia]

The notes are looked at, "Oh, that's really different!" Mini says, "You're working on a portal to somewhere you really shouldn't go, but you're really dedicated to it if you've gotten this much lore about it already."

[Nephrite]

"Well, it would sound I'm in the right place to learn more about it, then." Moore says with a smile.

[Anastasia]

"I've learned a lot of lore," Mini says, "Let me take a crack at it, and I can tell you who can help after that."

[Nephrite]

"By all means. In the meantime, is there anything specific that you think you'd like in trade?" Moore asks. "I can think of a few spells I've developed, or just general information..." He rocks back and forth as he flies, thinking. "Favors are good too, of course, my comrades and I are good at smashing evil, if that's something you need done."

[Anastasia]

"Me? For my services?" Mini considers before smiling, "Cold, hard gold coins. Nothing beats shiny piles of gold everywhere."

[Nephrite]

Moore nods. "Easy enough." He says. "You sure you're not a half-dragon too?" He asks, with a glance over to Kaja.

[Anastasia]

Kaja's expression is not amused, "There's lot of common sense reasons to take gold-" Kaja begins.

"No, but I did date a shapechanged dragon once," Mini doesn't look up from your notes. "But he cheated on me with a treant and then an astral dreadnought."

[Nephrite]

"Ah, I'm sorry to hear that." Moore says. "Do you still travel much, with working here? Ah -- apologies, I'll ask my questions after you're done."

[Anastasia]

"An astral..." Kaja mouths, staring.

"Oh, some, but I'm mostly busy here." Mini works away, "Don't worry, I can walk and talk and read and work too. Don't you know that doing more things at once make you do them all better?"

[Nephrite]

"Is that how it works?" Moore asks. "I suppose they do say practice makes perfect, so if you can train yourself to think of a variety of things at once..." Moore says with a smile and a shrug. "Well, you've clearly been here a while, did you just stumble on this place, or have you always had a desire to learn?"

[Anastasia]

"Well, I came here after the whole fight with that hoard of pirates in Water," Mini says, "That got complicated, and then they talked to the marid and they got upset, and so they had those bounty hunters get involved, and one of them turned out to be a runaway prince so a royal family got involved, and in turn got a large sect of whatshisname involved, and it kept getting worse and worse."

[Nephrite]

"Oh, I see." Moore says, nodding along as if all of that is completely normal. "It can be difficult when bounty hunters get involved, they always show up at the worst times, really. Come to think of it, I don't think I've dealt with pirates in a long time... I guess you don't really have a lot of pirates at the level we're at, since if you're that notorious you're really just asking for someone to come and rough you up..."

[Anastasia]

"Well, I seem to attract them," Mini grouses, "Then of course you know all those nixies got involved, but they were the ones who went swimming in that arcane waste and became spell warped and got all those hounds as battle mounts, the ones who grew wings from the same waste, and then some also grew two or three more heads, and they'd have a nixie on each one with a bow and arrow, so I was constantly dodging arrows. Then they bound a handful of arrow demons too and a couple of erinyes archers for good measure."
